The following list details the shortcut keys in the PhotoDocs Image Editor. (The main PhotoDocs window has its own shortcut keys.)
Tip: You can customize existing keyboard shortcuts and create new ones.

| CONTROL + SHIFT + O | OCR | Performs Optical Character Recognition with the currently configured settings. |
| CONTROL + ALT + R | Custom Rotate | Opens the Custom Rotate tool. |
| CONTROL + ALT + S | Straighten | Opens the Custom Straighten tool. |
| CONTROL + ALT + C | Crop | Opens the Custom Crop tool. |
| CONTROL + S | Save | Saves the current image. |
| CONTROL + Z | Undo | Undoes the last action on the selected page. |
| CONTROL + Y | Redo | Redoes the last undone action on the selected page. |
| F1 | Help | Launches the PhotoDocs documentation. |
| CONTROL + NUMBER LOCK + + | Zoom In | Zooms in on the current image. |
| CONTROL + NUMBER LOCK + - | Zoom Out | Zooms out on the current image. |
